Terms & Conditions / Hotel Delivery

These terms and conditions apply to all orders which you, the customer, place using this website.
By selecting the “I Accept The Terms & Conditions And Privacy Policy” checkbox you accept and agree to be bound by these on-line shopping terms and conditions, the Privacy Statement and such other policies as we notify you of from time to time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these  terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

• Children

We only sell items to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

  DELIVERY POLICY

 DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver throughout the Punta Cana and Bávaro Area.

DELIVERY HOURS

Monday to Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Same day orders (Monday to Saturday) are for afternoon delivery only and must be received by 12:00pm.

Sunday deliveries must be confirmed by 6:00 pm on Saturday.

• Delivery Time

Sisay flowers is generally unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. The precise time of delivery varies and depends on the schedule of our delivery personnel. In some cases, however, we are able to guarantee morning or afternoon delivery. If this is the case, you will be notified during the purchase process.

RE – DELIVERY

By using our delivery service, you agree to let our drivers use their best professional judgment as to whether or not the flowers can be safely left at the delivery address should no one be there to receive them. We can hold no liability for the flowers from this point on.

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g. You have provided us with an incorrect address or no one is home during your selected delivery time and there is no safe place to leave the order) a redelivery fee may apply to the same value as the original delivery fee. You will be contacted before the arrangement is redelivered and given the option to pick the arrangement up from our store. If Sisay Floral Design is in any way responsible for the redelivery this redelivery fee will not apply.

Please note that in the rare event that we may have to call the recipient if we feel there may be a delivery issue, your details will be kept confidential.

If a security person or concierge is required to receive the flowers on the recipients behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.

Orders with alcohol cannot be left unattended. Should no one be at the delivery address to sign for the order, the order will be returned to the flower shop and a redelivery fee may apply.

HOTEL DELIVERY

Please take note that we do not have access to the hotel rooms, we deliver to the Front Desk or Guest Relations Desk. You will receive an electronic confirmation once your order is delivered to the Hotel.

REFUND POLICY

• Undeliverable Locations

Orders to hospitals, hotels, or company addresses are not guaranteed, but in most cases arrive as requested. If your delivery is going to such a location, please provide the name and telephone number of the hospital, hotel, or company. In the case of hospitals, we also need the recipient’s ward and room number.

Sisay Flowers will attempt to deliver your bouquet in accordance with each facility’s procedures, but cannot be held liable if these procedures prevent successful delivery. Please note that many hospitals do not permit delivery to individual rooms, and that most ICUs do not permit flower delivery at all. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

If you wish to send flowers to someone staying in a hotel, you should specify their room number (if possible) and the name of the person under which the booking was made.

Sisay Flowers cannot issue a refund if a delivery cannot be made due to these circumstances.

 • Late Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver your item on the selected date due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. If, on the other hand, we are unable to make a delivery as scheduled due to circumstances outside our control (the unavailability of your recipient or a wrong address, for example), we do not issue a refund. If a recipient is unavailable when we attempt delivery, we will leave a note requesting a call to schedule delivery. If appropriate, we will also contact you when delivery issues arise.

• Cancellations

If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by e-mail at order@sisayonline.com
We regret that you may not cancel an order once your order is shipped/dispatched.

Cancellations for a full refund are allowed if made Two business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date. If an order is cancelled less than One business day prior to the delivery date, no refund will be issued.

If, for whatever reason, the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund by submitting a claim within two business days after the delivery date. Please submit your claim using using the e-mail address info@sisayonline.com. Please ensure that you have included also the order number.

In the event of quality-related issues, we kindly request you send a digital picture of the delivered product to info@sisayonline.com, indicating the order number in the email.

 Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

If you provide us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information on placing your order, we will not be able to guarantee delivery. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to confirm the details or to acquire additional information from you. You should bear in mind that changes to said information should be made at least two business days before the scheduled delivery date.

Sisay Flowers will not be liable if your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and you will therefore not be entitled to a refund.

 • Products and images

Products only contain the items listed in the product description.
Vases and other items are not included unless stated in the product description and are only used for display purposes.
Product photos are a representation of the arrangements and may vary (see Substitution Policy below).

 • Order Changes

To change your order, please contact Customer Service using to order@sisayonline.com. Changes can only be made two business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.

• Payment Processing Issues

If you provide us with incorrect or invalid credit card or payment information, we cannot process your order. We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue, but you will be responsible for any issues arising as a result thereof.

• Quality Policy

Flower arrangements are unique and handmade, so no two are ever identical. Every effort is made to match orders as closely as possible to the product photos and descriptions. While minor variations are sometimes necessary, the concept and value of the item ordered is always guaranteed.

 • Currency

Orders will always be charged in US Dollars . Sisay makes a daily adjustment to its prices for other listed currencies, but these conversions are only an approximation. Sisay cannot be held responsible for any currency conversion differences and/or charges made by your financial institution. For the most accurate pricing, please refer to the US Dollar currency option.

 • Duplicate Orders

If you placed two or more identical orders and you let us know about it, you will receive a full refund for the duplicated order, provided that we do not make and deliver the item.

• Substitution Policy

In some cases, we may not have some items referenced in the product description in stock, and careful substitutions of equal or greater value will be necessary. In those cases, when possible, we will ask you for permission to make a substitution. If we are unable to reach you, or there is insufficient time to do so, we will proceed with the substitution.

Roses, however, will NEVER be substituted with other flowers or floral products without requesting your confirmation first.

If we do not have an added product, we will replace it with a similar one or add the money paid for the item to the value of the flowers and create a bigger bouquet.

• Alterations to this website and Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and such other policies as we may notify you of. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you use the website or order items from the website. Changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders which you have already made. If any of the Terms and Conditions forming the contract between us are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
